Orders are normally processed the same day as received and shipped in 1-2 days. We do not collect any credit card information from you! On the Payment Options page you can elect to pay by Credit Card or PayPal at the time of your order, or wait until we have verified inventory and sent you a secure payment link. These payments are processed in the name of RST Unlimited, Inc. In addition, we usually accept Wire Transfer payments as well. In order to keep our costs down, we do not maintain an inventory. The savings is passed on to you through lower prices. However, sometimes a supplier/shipper has a price increase that we are not aware of, and we have to raise our price to you even after you have ordered. We are embarrassed and apologize beforehand for those times. In addition, sometimes an order has to be shipped from multiple locations, in which case we will notify you of any additional shipping charges before processing the order. Before processing an international order we have to calculate the shipping charge (usually with the United State Postal Service), which can take a day or two. We will notify you of the good-faith shipping charge estimate and send you our secure payment link to use if you want to proceed with the order. Although the U.S. Postal Service is the least expensive shipping method, it can be a little risky for these reasons: 1.) packages can be very difficult to track, 2.) it can take 2 months or more for reimbursement in case of loss. While we have yet to have a package lost in shipment, if you choose to have your order shipped via USPS anyway, it is assumed that you understand and accept these limitations, and that you will not file a dispute with your credit card company because of a delay in loss reimbursement.

How We Got Started
One cannot spend over 20 years in the personal computer industry without being drawn to using computers and hight-tech products
everywhere -- even on the water! Combine that philosophy with
a passion for boating and an entrepreneurial spirit and you have
a company like RSTMarine.
Our fascination with Nobeltec Navigation Software goes
all the way back to 1998 when the decision was made to purchase
the Nobeltec Visual Navigation Suite software to use on
a laptop computer. Along with that purchase came a simple Garmin
handheld GPS that was connected to the computer via a special
data cable provided by Garmin. We added US Region
7 -- Florida East Coast -- and were on our way. The
system worked great from the beginning. No problems,
no complaints.
After planning a route on the laptop at home, we remember traveling in unfamiliar waters south of St. Augustine, Florida one night
in a hard-pouring rainstorm. Could hardly see a
thing. Had it not been for the Nobeltec navigation
system we would have had no idea where we were, and would have
surely gotten out of the Intracoastal Waterway channel to end
up who knows where! Then suddenly, we were safely
at our destination, even though we could not hardly see it through
the rain...
Since that wet night in 1998 Nobeltec has made great feature
strides in their software and charts. In addition,
they have added networking, multiple display, weather reporting,
depthsounder/fishfinder, 24-96 mile radar and AIS radar receiver
capabilities. Nobeltec has been successfully put to
use on vessels of all sizes, including superyachts -- both power
and sail.
Imagine being able to plan a route at home on your laptop or
desktop computer. When it is time to go, either simply
plug your laptop into the system on your boat, or transfer the
route from your home computer to your onboard computer using
a CD or floppy diskette. Start your engines, and you are off and cruising!
