Axonix MediaMax is comprised of both a Media Server and one or more Media Players. Simply follow the 3 steps below and click on the Product Component bars to select the Media Server and Media Player models that meets your needs.
1. Select a Media Server. Select a MediaServer that supports the number of rooms you want to access your media from and the number of DVDs and CDs you would like to store.
2. Select Media Player(s). Select the Media Player that meets your audio and video quality requirements and whether you would like to load DVDs and CDs onto the MediaServer from anywhere in the home. If you have rooms that you only need music played in then. consider using an AudioDeck.
3. Optionally Select Additional Media Storage. Finally decide if you need additional storage than what is provided in the MediaServer.

MediaServer Pro RAID 6The MediaServer Pro RAID 6 loads, stores, and delivers from its RAID 6 media storage array all of your media to the network attached MediaDecks™ and AudioDecks™. Select the amount of media storage you need to store your collection of DVDs, CDs, Photos and other media. As your media library grows either add additional MediaDrives to the MediaServer or if you run out of MediaDrive bays add another MediaServer to your network.
The Pro RAID 6 MediaServer sets a new standard in media storage capacity and protection. With up to 13TBs of RAID 6 storage the Pro RAID 6 can store up to 2,000 SD DVDs or 500 HD DVDs along with thousands of music CD and photos.

MediaServer Pro
Loads, stores, and delivers all of your media to the network attached MediaDecks™ and AudioDecks™. The rackmount Pro™ Series supports up to 30 MediaDecks™ simultaneously playing the same or different movie, song or photo slideshow. Models are available for playing more than 30 simultaneous movies. Select the amount of media storage you need to store your collection of DVDs, CDs, Photos and other media. As your media library grows simply add additional MediaDrives. For virtually unlimited storage add one or more Mediastore™ Appliances.

The average number of stored DVD movies is based on an average DVD quality of 6GB per movie & 100% free media storage space. On average, 50 MP3 at 320Kbps CD audio discs equals one DVD movie while five hours of recorded TV shows equals one DVD movie.
General Media Storage Requirements:
-It takes about 6GB's of storage for each DVD movie.
-Approximately 100 128Kbps MP3 CDs equals 1 DVD movie.
-Approximately 50 320Kbps MP3 CDs equals 1 DVD movie.
-Approximately 10 WAV (uncompressed) audio CDs equals 1 DVD movie
-Approximately 5 hours of VHS video quality TV equals 1 DVD movie.
